Gooooood morning world! Well, good afternoon. It's brunch time here at the Nomaste household and I make these chocolate stuffed pancakes with this insanely good Icelandic chocolate called SIRIUS You have got to try it! It's so good, and I take whatever kind I have and throw it in the pancake batter and dish those out with gooey chocolate oozing out with every poke of the knife.
No recipe needed. Just make pancakes as usual and throw small chunks in the batter and onto the pan and you're done!
