Nomaste is born out of an relentless passion for heartfelt food that connects with the soul and the senses. The method of cooking is the forgotten way of preparing and making food, starting with whole raw ingredients, processing them by hand and then taking the time to extract the flavors that lie within each ingredient.

Nomaste is bold and unafraid of intersecting with other cultural pallets and fusing ingredients to create something new and unexpected. With its roots seated in the broad spectrum of North Indian food, I constantly seek new ideas that surprise.
